Full Circle
Have you experienced full-circle moments in your life?
Those moments when something comes back around—a person, an opportunity, an idea, even a part of yourself—and somehow it feels different this time.
Almost like a little signal that says, keep going.
Our conversation this week with Lauren, The Hula Empress, had me thinking about this.
Lauren discovered that bringing something fun, new and refreshing into her life could take some of the pressure off everything else needing to be just so.
For her, that something was a hula hoop.
She found a way to incorporate wellness—mental and physical—by quite literally moving in circles.
And that one source of movement, relief and joy began to reverberate through the rest of her life.
I love that.
Because sometimes we think change has to begin with something big.
A new job. A new place. A major decision.
But maybe sometimes it begins with something much smaller.
A relationship. A moment. A new hobby. Something that simply makes us feel more like ourselves.
I've been thinking about our lives less as straight lines and more as spirals.
We circle back to places we've been before—but we're not actually in the same place.
We've grown. We've learned. We've experienced more.
And maybe that's what makes those full-circle moments feel so meaningful.
They remind us where we've been, while showing us just how far we've come.
Here's to moving forward, finding joy in unexpected places, and savoring those beautiful moments when life comes full circle.
With Gratitude,
Michelle

Can something as simple as a hula hoop change your life? For Lauren, The Hula Empress, the answer is yes. ⭕️
This week, Lauren shares how discovering hula hooping during a difficult season became an unexpected path back to movement, happiness and joy—and eventually a way to help others find the same. From taking her hoops on a cross-country tour to building communities around movement and play (and even BASE jumping off a 900-foot cliff!), Lauren's story is a beautiful reminder that sometimes the thing that changes our lives comes from the most unexpected place.
Sometimes, life really does come full circle.

🧭Compass Shift
This week's reflection:
Notice something familiar in your life this week.
A place.
A relationship.
A routine.
Maybe even a question you've asked yourself before.
And instead of assuming you already know what it means, ask:
“Who am I meeting this as now?”
Because even when life brings us full circle, we aren't starting from the same place.
We've lived. We've learned. We've changed.
Maybe the invitation isn't to go back.
Maybe it's to notice how far we've come.
✨ Closing
Thank you for being here.
We're grateful to be sharing this journey with you.
